​Thank you for visiting and supporting my art shop! I want to ensure your fairy-tale pieces arrive safely and promptly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

​

• All originals are packed by hand with love and care in Estonia. Please allow 2–5 business days for me to prepare, safely pack, and ship your original painting.

• Art Prints: Prints are produced on-demand through our trusted global printing partner (Gelato). Processing and printing usually take 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Note: If you order an original painting and an art print together, they will arrive in separate packages since originals are shipped directly from my studio, and prints are fulfilled by the nearest local printing facility.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​

We ship worldwide! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping (Estonia & Baltic States): 3–7 business days (Omniva / Itella Smartpost parcel terminals or standard post).

• Europe & EU: 5–12 business days.

• International (USA, Canada, Worldwide): 10–25 business days (depending on customs clearance).

Estimated delivery times are guidelines and cannot be 100% guaranteed, especially during holiday seasons.

 

3. Packaging & Artwork Safety

• ACEO Cards & Miniatures: Collected items are precious. All ACEO miniatures are placed in protective archival sleeves/toploaders and shipped in rigid, bend-resistant cardboard mailers to guarantee they reach you in pristine gallery condition.

• Art Prints: Shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes or reinforced flat packages depending on the size.

 

4. Tracking & Customs

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient is responsible for settling these charges.

 

5. Damages & Lost Packages

​

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the item immediately and contact me at [Вставь свою почту] within 48 hours of delivery. We will solve it as quickly as possible!

Returns & Exchanges

 

• Original Art: Because original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces, all sales of original artworks are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for originals.

 

• Art Prints (Print-on-Demand): Each art print is individually printed just for you when you place an order. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

 

• Damaged or Misprinted Items: If any item arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at annbielik.art@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. I will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund!
