1. Intellectual Property: All artwork, images, and designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing an original painting or a print does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

2. Shipping & Separate Packages: Original artworks are shipped directly from the artist's studio in Estonia. Art prints are fulfilled and shipped by global print-on-demand partner (Gelato) from the nearest local facility. If you order both, they will arrive in separate packages.

 

3. Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply for international shipments outside the European Union. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

4. Colors and Representation: I do my best to display the colors of the artwork accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor and screen settings.
